I am Chantale DuBois.  I've been making tired homes and businesses beautiful for over two decades.

It's the anticipation of seeing the results of my work that gets me up in the morning along with the smiles on my client's faces.

I work closely with my clients and I take special pride in the precision that goes into every job.  Proper preparation is the key to a perfect finished product, so I degrease surfaces and do plaster & trim repairs, if needed, before the first can of primer is even opened.

On larger projects I use a team of highly experienced craftspeople but on most jobs I personally take care of every detail.

Residential painting, either inside or out, isn’t as easy as it looks.   Over the years it has become second nature to me, I know which products are exactly right for the job and I have all the right tools.  I work quickly and carefully so no paint gets on windows and light switches but more importantly, I keep your floors and furniture or your patio and plants totally splatter free.  

Painting a business brings the same needs as residential projects plus a whole lot more.  We use low VOC and non toxic products as well as paints especially formulated for stain blocking, heavy wear and frequently cleaned surfaces.  And, importantly, we work with your business schedule to minimize our impact on your business and your clients.

We deal with individual businesses as well as property management companies but whether you are responsible for one or dozens of locations every job receives the same care and commitment that our clients love and our Google ratings confirm.  

A special service that we offer to make life easy for landlords is our "between lease" Turn Key Ready Rental program.  Many reoccurring landlords don’t require a site visit with us.  They simply give us the key and say make it beautiful again.  We evaluate what needs to be done to make the unit “new tenant ready”.  This could include a complete floor to ceiling deep clean and degrease or just a good cleaning and some paint touchups.  Then we make it happen.  Each job concludes with an advisory of what was needed, what may require attention later, as well as any specialized trades issues.

Restoration is part of what we do.  Damaged walls, caulking, minor tile repairs and stain removal.  If it has to be done…we do it.
